In buying this vehicle, I wanted an SUV smaller than the Tahoe that I had driven for 14 years and wanted to buy locally if possible. I had a written price after a month of email exchanges. When it was time to talk price, the New Car Manager (Joe?) came back with a price $3K higher!! I was very upset and let them know. Joe came back with another price still $700 higher than the one I had shown both of them as soon as I arrived on the lot. I made it very clear I wanted a low end Prius (package Two) and nothing more. Perry assured me that the one I drove would be available for the price I had been given. WRONG! After much protest, Joe finally gave me the original price I had via email. The only bright spot was the finance guy. He was direct and clear. He did not change his message at all and explained the best way for me to finance our purchase. I will not use Toyota West's service department because the sales force abused my trust. I will not recommend this dealer to anyone I know. I love the car, but I hated the buying experience. The final price was good, but it took nearly 2 hours to get back to that point. Why? More
