Went in for service on my 2008 Rav 4, and drove off the same day in a new 2012 Rav 4. While waiting for service, decided to check into a new vehicle. I was greeted immediately by my salesperson, Randy Sa same day in a new 2012 Rav 4. While waiting for service, decided to check into a new vehicle. I was greeted immediately by my salesperson, Randy Salter. Not only was Randy very friendly, he was able to work with me to get the deal I wanted. I was able to find the color and features I love about the Rav 4 on the lot, which saved me a lot of time. After we came to a financial agreement, I then met with the Finance person, Chris Haverstick. Chris went over all the financials, and I was able to get an extended warranty on my new vehicle. In total, I received "0%" financing for 5 yrs, a 5-yr. 100,000 mile warranty, a personal assistant (Toyocare), free maintenance for 3 yrs, and a sales team that met and exceeded my expectations. Best of all, my payment is within eight dollars of my old payment! I now have a NEW car, with basically the same payment. How can anyone pass that up!! Will be seeing Toyota West in the future for my entire family's car needs. More

This is the first experience I have ever had with buying a vehicle from a dealer. I have always been very leery of doing so, hearing horror stories of pushy salesmen, vehicles that begin tearing up right a a vehicle from a dealer. I have always been very leery of doing so, hearing horror stories of pushy salesmen, vehicles that begin tearing up right after purchase, etc. When I pulled into the parking lot and got out of my extremely ran down ford explorer, I was immediately greeted by a warm, friendly face. It was John Mykins. He asked how he could help me, then escorted me to the show room where I had a seat while he got some paperwork together. He came back over, took my information, offered my daughter and I some refreshments, then began the credit check process. I was unsure that I would even be able to purchase a car, considering I have never bought anything on credit, always having paid cash for purchases. I went outside and looked at the different cars they had on the lot and came across a corolla I liked. When the paperwork was finished, John met my daughter and I outside, told me they were going to get everything set up, and told me that he had a car in mind for my needs. He took me to the corolla I had been looking at earlier. I test drove it, loved it. Big difference compared to the SUV I was use to. I loved the thoughts of better gas mileage, having a car with a warranty in case something goes wrong, just having a newer car, accomplishing something I had never done. When I returned to the lot, he was waiting for me. I went inside and then spoke with the finance director, Mike Gurly. He was incredibly helpful, going over all the details with me about the cost, payments, etc. I signed the papers and drove my 2009 Toyota Corolla home. I had no idea I would be able to walk in and have the great experience that I did. That is the reason I decided to buy the car. Those guys are awesome! I have told everyone I know where I bought the car and if they need a vehicle, to go to Toyota West. Thank you for making my life a little easier! It is greatly appreciated! More
