Toyota West made care buying simple. Everyone we came in contact with was knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to do business with. While walking around Shane came out and began conversation with us. He was friendly and easy to talk with. We didn't feel pressured to buy. Shane walked and talked with us and we did test drive two cars. Still no intentions to buy. After the first test drive we returned to dealership and was still talking and Shane told us that they had a 2012 Toyota Camry and asked if we would like to test drive it. My husband said, sure. Little did I know we would be leaving that night with the second car we test drove. Shane explained everything inside and outside the car. He also told us we could call him anytime and he would help us. Talk about outstanding attitude. He was awesome!! We did have to call concerning the tag and he was just as upbeat and friendly as the first time we met him on June 21st .. We were blessed to have had him give us the tour at Toyota West of Statesville. I have been recommending him to anyone I know, even if they aren't looking now. I tell them he was outstanding and never made us feel pressured. That was the best part of it. NO PRESSURE! I have been visiting Toyota West Statesville for a couple of years, both with purchases and with service. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The service department does a great job all the way around. I would not consider taking our vehicles anywhere else for service.
