I came in for an oil change and inspection for my Toyota Camry. I had a promotion to where they were to check and top off fluids and use a higher quality oil. They refused to do it. When the car came back and was supposedly finished there was grease on the inside floor panel of my car. It took them about 15 minutes to get it off because it was a large area that was dirty. Shortly after the service I was sent a coupon for a premium car cleaning. I made an appointment and brought my car in for the premium complimentary cleaning for my vehicle. I went to get in the car and again grease on the inside panel, however it was a smaller area this time. I brought the attention to an employee who asked if she could help me with something. The women came out to inspect. I then notice the car was still dirty but wet and the inside hadn't been vacuumed. The woman then went back to get a cleaner to remove the grease.When she came back out to clean the grease, I again questioned the quality I received on my car cleaning and the poor job that was done. Her response was that she had asked and the response she got was "you didn't pay for it". WOW!!! My response was this, I was given a coupon for a premium car cleaning and because of that I deserve a Half xxx job and more grease in my car? I also discovered a couple months later there was no oil in my car when it was checked. Fortunately I had not gone on any trips or even put nearly the amount of miles that was expected to the next oil change. So what did they really do? Was there an actual oil change or did they not put in enough oil? This business is not honest or trustworthy. Do not risk going to Toyota West and risk high priced shady service. More
