They did what was asked, but they talked down to me when I asked them to repeat something because I didn’t hear them, they talked to me and were kind of rude and said, “The lug nut and lug stud are what ho I asked them to repeat something because I didn’t hear them, they talked to me and were kind of rude and said, “The lug nut and lug stud are what hold the tire onto the car”. That didn’t answer the question I had asked of them repeating what they had previously said. Trying to get ahold of someone to give them a message was really hard and I had to actually go back to the shop and talk to someone to make sure they got the message. More
