Have leased two Subies from this dealership this decade. - salty lengthiness

Have leased two Subies from this dealership this decade. Wolf is very good, they seem to have a decent supply of vehicles, and give decent deals on purchases and leases. Service is excellent, no issues either with a '21 Outback or '24 Crosstrek (the latter has literally been event-free, no recalls or electronics issues).

Pete and his team were top notch. - stephen

Pete and his team were top notch. I had my entire deal sorted out in advance. The price was fair and the entire process took less than an hour on the day of purchase. I've purchased 2 vehicles from Pete and I'm confident there will be another once we replace another vehicle we own.

My experience with the dealership was very positive. - TANA_THOMAS

My experience with the dealership was very positive. I was greeted, welcomed, and checked in immediately upon arrival. I waited at the dealership while my car was worked on. It took almost the exact amount of estimated time to complete the service.

I was visiting Bridgewater, Virginia from out-of-town and my Forester was overheating. I took it to a local mechanic on a Friday morning and he was too busy to fix it. He sent me to Bob Wade Subaru in Harrisonburg and I am so glad that he did. I called the dealership and they said to come right up and they would check it out. I arrived and they took my car right away, as well as letting me bring my very furry senior labrador retriever into their waiting room with her travel bed! They were incredibly kind and my car was fixed in short order. I do not think I have ever visited a more relaxed and responsive dealership. Thank you!!

Friendly dealership, relatively low pressure sales. - Subaru

Friendly dealership, relatively low pressure sales. Excellent service department, with prices that aren’t bad for a new car dealership, and they seem to always fix our infrequent problems right the first time.

Mustapha was the best used car salesman I’ve ever met. - Tula722

Mustapha was the best used car salesman I’ve ever met. Made sure I was getting what I wanted, worked with finance to get me the best deal, and I went in to buy one car and I left with a better one. He’s very agreeable. He’s very knowledgeable and friendly and it was a joy to buy a car through him today

On June 14, 2025, I traded in my vehicle and purchased a - Brooks8821

On June 14, 2025, I traded in my vehicle and purchased a new one through Ourisman Volkswagen / Subaru of Waldorf. The salesperson who handled my transaction was Erick Rushing. As part of the agreement, the dealership was responsible for paying off the remaining balance on my trade-in vehicle. Following the purchase, I made several attempts to confirm that the payoff had been sent to the lienholder. I was repeatedly given vague or inconsistent answers. I later discovered that Erick Rushing was no longer employed at the dealership and that my paperwork had never been submitted. It sat unprocessed for approximately 30 days, and as a result, the payoff check was not sent until July 9, 2025. This delay caused the lienholder to report missed or late payments to the credit bureaus, which has significantly damaged my credit. I fulfilled all of my responsibilities and acted in good faith during the transaction, yet the dealership’s negligence has had lasting negative financial consequences for me. I am requesting that this matter be formally acknowledged and that the dealership assist in correcting any inaccurate or harmful credit reporting resulting from this delay.

I wish I had bought my Subaru here. - ryanyemen

I wish I had bought my Subaru here. My dealership experience in Charlottesville was absolutely awful, and when I moved to the valley I was so happy that CMA actually behaved the way a customer would want. To Carmen, Harry and Rory, I want to thank you each for being so great every single time I’ve come in. I’ve brought complicated problems with my vehicle and the honesty and amazing customer service you’ve provided each and every time gives me hope that there actually people who care about people in this industry. These three people have been nothing but honest, nothing but friendly, nothing but trustworthy. While my Subaru experience has not been great (and I’ve owned two in the last 15 years) that’s the manufacturer’s issue, it’s never been this department that has given me trouble, never been this dealership that’s given me trouble. My hat is off to this service department for never giving unsound advice, for always going the extra mile, always making sure we got every mile out of my car that we could. Carmen, Harry, Rory, you guys are the best! Keep on doing what you do because you are all so good at it! Salutations and best wishes! Ryan Yemen
