Too long for standard service. An hour and half for the oil change when I had an appointment. The trailers need to have markings, service and sales ect. they all look a like. More

Saldrun2, I appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review, but I do hate to hear that you had a less than extraordinary experience. Unfortunately, at times, some things are out of our control. As much as we tried to make the move to temporary trailers and start of construction seamless, that did not happen Monday. We had planned for everything possible, with the exception of a Nationwide outage of the computer system we use to serve our guest. That issue was coast to coast, affected millions, and it took until 1PM to resolve and to be able to operate without incident. I can assure you, that any further visits you have with Umansky Subaru will be done in a timely manner as we do value your time. We do ask that you please excuse this once instance and bear with us until we complete our full remodel in Spring 2023. At that time we will be able to once again offer the Extraordinary service we are known for! Thank you again for your time and business.
