The service was good but the issue with the shuttle was a problem. I was assured when I made the appointment, then again the day before when I called to confirm that a shuttle would be available. The Honda shuttle driver was able to take me home and pick me up but this could have been a problem if he had a larger number of customers needing rides. Ordinarily waiting for the service would not have been a problem but I was given a drop off time and told that they would fit the repair in when possible, with no guarantee of time that it would take.
