Took my car in for new tires and recall repair. Immediately after picking up the car it drives with vibration not present before and the average mpg went from 25 to 18. I drive a very regular and predictable highway commute. Brought the car back to have the tires and work checked- was told needs new brakes suddenly- was never mentioned in the previous inspection and the brakes were not old. They didn’t have the right ones in stock so took the car to another dealer. Plus I had lost faith in their work by then. Pretty sure the brakes or something was damaged during the tire replacement because this was such a drastic change in MPG from right before to right after they put on new tires. I would not trust this service center for any work. We now drive to Richmond for our Subaru service. More

Finally, diagnosed and foxed a problem that I had had with the car for several months that noone else could fix. All of this was completed in less than one day and at a very reasonable price. The people are nice and the work they have done for me has been quality, however, my vehicle has only 77k miles and they kept trying to push the 105k services that required an almost $1k part (that was th has been quality, however, my vehicle has only 77k miles and they kept trying to push the 105k services that required an almost $1k part (that was thankfully on backorder) on me that I shouldn’t expect to need for another 4 years! I will be looking for a new place to get my vehicle serviced from here on out. More
