Went in trying to just make a reasonable deal happen and instead had to hear the used car manager whine about how much they're "already losing on the car." It's just tiresome having to go through the same thing every time I buy a car. .I will be amazed if, someday car dealers figure out a way to negotiate without lying. It's truly remarkable that deception is accepted as normal in that business. We ended up getting a fair deal, but the dog and pony show left a sour taste. Took my car in for new tires and recall repair. Immediately after picking up the car it drives with vibration not present before and the average mpg went from 25 to 18. Brought the car back to have the tires and work checked- was told needs new brakes suddenly- was never mentioned in the previous inspection and the brakes were not old. They didn’t have the right ones in stock so took the car to another dealer. Plus I had lost faith in their work by then. Pretty sure the brakes or something was damaged during the tire replacement because this was such a drastic change in MPG from right before to right after they put on new tires. I would not trust this service center for any work. We now drive to Richmond for our Subaru service. More
