I purchased a 2022 Outback in January 22 and was told by the salesman that my first oil change and rotation was free. When I took it in for service in July 22 I was told the service was $92.00 and the sales the salesman that my first oil change and rotation was free. When I took it in for service in July 22 I was told the service was $92.00 and the salesman should have sent me a coupon. I never received a coupon so I had to pay for the service. This practice by Umansky is bait and switch. Poor business practice by a car dealership and since I’ve purchased 3 cars from the dealership thus far I’m highly disappointed. More
