Excellent and knowledgeable customer service from start to finish. I arrived at closing time on a late Saturday afternoon for their Service Dept, but the rep was very helpful and furnished me a courtesy c to finish. While the individuals in the service department were very kind, I would NOT recommend this facility and will not be returning. Prices are higher than local mechanics, so one would assume that service is of h kind, I would NOT recommend this facility and will not be returning. Prices are higher than local mechanics, so one would assume that service is of higher quality - this was not the case. My experience at Flow was highly unprofessional and communication was severely lacking. I called 10+ times, often sent to voicemail, to receive updates on my car as so few were given. Even after scheduling an appointment for 10:30am, I had to call at 3:00pm to find out it hadn't even entered the shop yet. The most frustrating part was their "diagnosis" of my car- the exact same problem I wrote in the information box when scheduling the appointment. They failed to even read the memo stating the issue prior to drop off. Customer service reached out to provide a coupon on the next service, but there will be no next time. Please do not waste your time at this establishment. More

The dealership itself was a very nice facility. It was very clean, well kept and organized. The overalll car buying experience was rather stressful. I called and started the process first thing in the morning before going to the dealer. I was passed to several different people throughout the process. It was quite the stressful time. By the time paperwork was all done and they were ready to show me all the features of the car I was tired and ready to go home. Everyone was polite throughout the day it just seemed unorganized when it came to completing the paperwork. More
I have tried several times to contact FLOW Subaru to see if my policies are still in effect with them. I paid over $1,000.00 for a service policy and also a maintenance Policy in January 2023. Took my car to Brown Subaru in Manassas, VA. for oil change/state inspection. They did the work and told me they were working on finding my policies as they could not find them for the payment.???? I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE ANY WORD FROM UMANSKY/FLOW AUTOMATIVE AS OF JUNE 28, 2023. WISH SOMEONE WOULD CALL OR EMAIL. LEFT MY NAME AND PHONE NUMBER ALSO. ALL I GOT WAS CHANGE OF PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT AND SEE WHAT HAPPEN. More
