We were in Charlottesville for some apts, and there was a burning smell coming from under the hood of my Outback. I showed up with no apt and they got my car in the shop in under 30 minutes. After about a 45 burning smell coming from under the hood of my Outback. I showed up with no apt and they got my car in the shop in under 30 minutes. After about a 45 minute wait they diagnosed and fixed the problem and we were on our way. Great customer service all around. Josue was very kind and helpful! Thank you! They also pointed out some things on my car that need attention soon, which I appreciated. More
