I am sorry to hear you had a less than extraordinary visit. It definitely does not reflect the normal level of customer service we provide. Reviewing your history, it does look like in May your Legacy had a valve cover leak repaired. To be fair, with any vehicle with over 100,000 miles on it, there can be multiple leaks, but without looking at the vehicle there is no way for us to honestly say what is currently happening. There is always a chance that the gasket has failed or there is another leak elsewhere. I would like the opportunity to speak to you in hopes of resolving the situation and making sure your 2010 Legacy is running at its best.
