had an appointment, pulled right in, 1 hour 20 minutes later (usually is only or around 45 minutes) I was out. I feel that it is not fair for the employees to feel pressured to achieve the highest rati communications. I've never had a problem with employees. I feel that it is not fair for the employees to feel pressured to achieve the highest ratings; it therefore follows that the customers are gently encouraged (pressured) to give the highest ratings and that anything less will not do. That turns the whole rating process into a sham, which has been going on since I bought my first car from this dealership over twenty years ago. That's the only thing I don't like about the dealership. More
