The service advisor I worked with was excellent, very friendly and explained everything very well. The reason for the 4 star rating instead of 5 was the wait time. I believe I was the 2nd car dropped off friendly and explained everything very well. The reason for the 4 star rating instead of 5 was the wait time. I believe I was the 2nd car dropped off for service at opening and it took nearly 2 hours for the LOFR. To the service advisor's credit, she did pop in to me a couple times to update and apologize for the long wait but taking that long for routine basic maintenance when I was one of the first customers to drop off of the day is quite long.
