Do to past experiences at this dealer, I do not trust this dealer to do major recommended service, such as fluid and flush changes, timing belt changes, spark plugs, etc. I have found through past experi this dealer to do major recommended service, such as fluid and flush changes, timing belt changes, spark plugs, etc. I have found through past experience that new problems have developed while the car had been in for service. Getting text message reminders for service, etc. while I am at the dealer waiting for the service to be completed on my outback is unprofessional and annoying. More

They were ready for ready for me when I arrived, and everybody was masked and extremely polite and eager to please. My car was in the bay for 30 minutes when Chase came out and found me while I was si everybody was masked and extremely polite and eager to please. My car was in the bay for 30 minutes when Chase came out and found me while I was sitting outside to tell me they had found a leak from the transmission casing and that this would be repaired under warranty, but would take longer than previously planned. He offered to reschedule or to give me a loaner car. I opted for the latter and within 15 minutes I was in the car and on my way. I was texted/emailed/called that evening that my car was ready to be picked up. I returned the following morning and it was ready. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is that at check in I gave the service rep a coupon for a free inspection sticker, and that was not applied to my final bill, but when I pointed it out, they quickly applied it More
