kkavanagh78, We hate to hear you had a less than extraordinary experience with Umansky. Looking into the history of your visit, I've noticed that your concern was cross rails that were not installed correctly at the selling dealership. Often times, when it is not a manufacturer defect we do have to reach out to Subaru to make sure we can in fact complete the repair under warranty since it was not failure, but installer error. We service any customer and any make and model at Umansky Subaru, however, we do have to follow process. Your appointment was scheduled the same day you called for the 23rd and I extended the offer for a Goodwill repair of the accessory. We look forward to seeing you then.
