George, I had asked if the service dept could patch my tire instead of replacing all 4 tires. I was only given the option of buying 4 new tires at the dealer. It didn't appear your service dept was willing to or interested in attmepting to fix the tire. There was NO confusion in the service dept's response. And a minor note: Also, the person that checked me in (it wasn't Darcy) asked if I wanted my car washed (it was needed) while it was in service. I responded with an emphatic yes. However; when I picked up the car, it was not washed. I was disappointed, but my main concern when I got it back was the tire. On a big positive: Thank you for the loaner Crosstrek (bright green/yellow)! I realized I left a pair of sunglasses in the loaner vehicle a couple days after my service. I was thankfult that the service dept still had my glasses in their lost and found. Thank you!
