Very good overall experience. We had an Outback color choice decision and Kevin & team made that a straight forward decision with all options in person viewable. Kevin handled the other various packages choice decision and Kevin & team made that a straight forward decision with all options in person viewable. Kevin handled the other various packages & options professionally so that our new car has exactly what we wanted. I'm used to having less than optimal experiences when I have taken my vehicles for service. My last two visits to Umansky were superb! Josue checked me in both times. He was polite, professional and kep have taken my vehicles for service. My last two visits to Umansky were superb! Josue checked me in both times. He was polite, professional and kept me informed as to the status of my vehicle. He even arranged a complimentary wash which was unexpectedly amazing. I thought they might spray a hose at the vehicle and call it a day but they did an actual wash and (probably) a hand-dry. The car looked fantastic (they even tried to get the adhesive off the left passenger door where we had to secure plastic after the car was burgled in February (I don't know why the car alarm didn't go off when the thief smashed in my window but it didn't 🤨). All the issues I had scheduled were handled during the first visit (except the audio unit, which had to be ordered). That appointment occurred about a week later, took much LESS time then they had quoted (a good thing) and Josue even took the time to walk me through downloading my contacts and making sure my Bluetooth connection was working (which had been a problem previously) on the new audio unit. I'm cursed when it comes to technology. He deserves special recognition, in my opinion. That said, all the employees I have encountered or worked with (Britney, who scheduled my appointments and there's another lady inside whose name I don't remember) have been great. Unfortunately, I did not interact with the mechanic crew - David Breeden, Will Browning, Bobby and Aaron Childs et al- but my vehicle runs almost like new so I would imagine their skill and knowledge base made that possible. I'm sure they're all excellent tradesmen and I regret I can't rate them below (it's always the case with the "back office" folks who make it all possible - we, the customers, don't usually see them thus we can't rate them). I would definitely recommend Umansky to friends and family. Your team is superb. Regards Joi More
