I appreciated the car loan for the hours it took to have the 72,000 mile work and new tires done. Didn't want to sit in the waiting room or outside, and I don't have another driver in my bubble. I would have left 5 stars, but the staff at the counter are so busy that my car was sitting outside when I ran out of errands and I hadn't been called that it was ready. More
