When I dropped the car off, I was quickly greeted, my problem documented and I was able to quickly leave. I received a telephone call telling me what was found, and what would happen to my car. The service was fine but it was unpleasant to go into the waiting room and see Fox News blaring (the volume was high) from a TV with no ability to change. Blue Plant, HGTV, Lord of the Rings...literally anything would have been better. For this trains the experience was unpleasant. More
