marygarvey11, We hate to hear we did not earn a 5 Star review! Typically, we do offer complimentary Service washes to all service customers. However, as I am sure you noticed; we are beginning construction on our new facility and have suspended all service washes until we can offer them to customers without an extremely long wait. We hope by the beginning of 2023 to be back in full swing and able to offer them again. At that time, please swing by and we will make sure to get you a free outside wash. Oh, that does make sense. I didn't relate the construction as causing the no car wash. That makes sense. I apologize for being oblivious to the fact. I only knew i was looking forward to getting a clean car back, then feeling disappointed. Thank you for taking the time to respond.
