my new car had a dead battery twice in one week creating a terrible situation for m!!!-I was not happy! Everyone was very understanding, gave me a great loaner, and tried to solve the problem. Apparently I do not drive enough to keep the battery charged which seemed weird to me! I now have a battery tender which must be plugged in! I am not happy about this-technology needs to create a battery for people who do not drive enough! Not sure the battery is fully charged yet.
