I bought a car that was an electric vehicle, they told me that it was fully charged, but ran out of power and I had to tow it the rest of the way home, the next day I called and left message and no one has c that it was fully charged, but ran out of power and I had to tow it the rest of the way home, the next day I called and left message and no one has called me back since that day. hindsight I feel like the sales people didn't have any knowledge about the car and acting as if they are guilty of selling me a lemon which it isn't now that we have learned more about the car. I feel like i should be reimbursed the towing cost i had to pay to get it home that very evening. It would have been nice if the sales people there would have at least called and checked to see how we are getting along with this car. Very disappointed with this dealership. More

We were very satisfied with the Subaru service department. The person working on my Subaru was courteous, professional, informed, and responded to my inquiries. However, it would be a large understatement to say how unhappy we are with your used car dealership. We bought my Subaru through the Umansky Honda used car dealership. A year ago (February), we paid over about $7,200 for the Impreza. Since then, I think I have put maybe only three or four hundred miles on it, literally driving it only several times a week, and never more than about 8 miles (no highways) at a time. We were told that the car was inspected fully top to bottom and that we should have 'no worries' concerning it. "No need to take it to another mechanic for inspection". When I brought my car in for the State Inspection this month, I was told that the car needed over $4,000 in repairs! Everything from the brake pads to the driving belt to leaking oil valves and many other issues. We were shocked since the car was so lightly driven and we were told that car was in very good mechanical shape when we bought it. We decided just to do the repairs needed for the State Inspection (brake pads, bulbs, windshield wipers) and change the driving belt. The repairs along with the oil change came to $676.00. Also, I just received an email from Carfax stating that our car is now only worth $3100! Both my wife and I feel that we were taken advantage of with this used Subaru purchase. We had purchased cars from Brown's prior to this. We have decided never to go back to Umanskys and to tell our friends about this experience. I brought up these issues with the people at the Honda used car dealership and was told that nothing could be done. I believe that if your management wants to maintain customers, this is absolutely the way to lose them. More
