MINI has expanded their product models quite a bit over the last few years. I stopped by Flow MINI and asked for help to get updated model information and features on each. My Sales Consutant - Jonathan Riddle spent quite a bit if time covering each model and the various configurations available. After sitting in some and deciding what would be the best fit for me, I decided the MINI Cooper S Countryman ALL4 was what I wanted. Jonathan selected a manual drive to test drive, followed by an automatic version. I decided to go with the automatic since I liked the quick smooth shifts and paddles on the wheel. The main reason I would recommend Flow MINI is they understand true customer service and exceeding expectations in all areas of Sales and Service. The store staff are energetic and never pressure a customer to "buy now". They let you decide what you want and facilitate getting it done with no pressure.
