They broke my thermostat when working and covered it up. I have a 2012 Mini Cooper Countryman S All 4 with 81,000 miles. I brought it in for North Carolina inspection and to replace a wheel bearing. They f I have a 2012 Mini Cooper Countryman S All 4 with 81,000 miles. I brought it in for North Carolina inspection and to replace a wheel bearing. They found a leak in the cooling system and replaced a hose. I also had to get the timing chain replaced because they said it was stretched. I agreed to the the work. It took them all day Thursday and then all day Friday and half the day on Saturday. I only got updates when I called. It turns out that when they worked on the cooling system, they got a check engine light and then they cleared it and then they took it on a test drive and said it was fixed. They put over 100 miles on my car when they had it with them. Less than 100 miles after getting the car back, I got a over-temperature alarm and the check engine light came on again. I was on a trip and took it to a different dealer who said the thermostat was broken and needed to be replaced. I will be seeking compensation for the repair and the time I had to spend at the other dealership. More

Repairs are not much fun but Flow Mini made it not so painful. Highly recommend this dealership for service. More

They treated me honestly and fairly. I got a great price for the car I purchased. They gave me the blue book value for my trade - no games, no arguments. Bob helped me remember what my goals were for my purchase. I will definitely go back there for service and for another MINI Cooper purchase when I'm ready. One of the best experiences I've ever had buying a car. All the employees where friendly and courteous from the receptionist to the service and parts folks who answered my questions about accessories. More
