Excellent experience shopping for new and pre-owned vehicles My wife and I weren't sure if we wanted a new or gently used GX 460. JJ helped us to understand the differences and was really great to work with. We almost bought a new GX 460 and then changed our minds and purchased an L/Certified GX 460. JJ made the whole process really easy and didn't miss a beat when we changed our minds. My experience has been that Flow Lexus has the cleanest nicest selection of pre-owned Lexuses in the area. We looked around a lot and found that the cars on Flow's lot were very well cared for and hard to distinguish between new and pre-owned side by side inside and out. I also appreciated that the L/Certified warranty was only applied to cars that were closer to the end of the manufacturer warrantly. That is a nice touch since the L/Certified warranty does add some cost to the sticker price. This was the easiest, lowest pressure experience I've ever had buying a car. Throughout the whole process we were presented our options and weren't pushed to do anything (including in the finance office). I can't recommend Flow Lexus highly enough and definitely ask to work with JJ as he has been with Flow Lexus for 15 years. Great experience here. More
