Another good experience with Flow Lexus I have yet to be disappointed by Flow Lexus. We have dealt with them for nearly twelve years, beginning with them servicing my wife's 2004 RX350 whic I have yet to be disappointed by Flow Lexus. We have dealt with them for nearly twelve years, beginning with them servicing my wife's 2004 RX350 which had been bought used from a different dealer. We have been pleased with the service -- Mark Bell was an integral part of our early service experience. In his "new" role as a salesperson, he worked diligently to find my wife's new NX300h and she is delighted with the results. Parenthetically, I called him so many times discussing her wishes that Meghan,Poindexter knew my name and who I wanted to talk with by the time we purchased the vehicle.
