Flow Lexus is my #1 choice when it comes to dependable automobiles and the best customer service. I am never disappointed whether shopping for a car or having service done on my car. Whether a salesman, finance professional or a service employee, they are always customer friendly, personable, and helpful! I trust the employees and the cars. I love the Lexus cars that I have purchased (have never had a problem), and because of the personnel in Winston-Salem’s integrity, my daughter (school superintendent) came down from PA, two years ago, to purchase her Lexus (through JJ). Today, I needed service assistance, and personnel assisted immediately! Russ Miller, JJ, and the service department personnel are all 5 stars! Integrity, customer service and honesty are very important to me. That is Flow Lexus! More

When I purchase a used Certified Lexus, I was told there was a 9 year bumper to bumper warranty. 2 months in, the wheel started squealing (caliper stuck?). I called service & told it may be wear/tear, not w was a 9 year bumper to bumper warranty. 2 months in, the wheel started squealing (caliper stuck?). I called service & told it may be wear/tear, not warranty covered. Husband is out of town & needed help. NOT HAPPY More

I purchased a certified pre owned 350ES. Intially, I worked with Corrina. Corrina help me find what I was looking for. I came from Henderson, Nc to get my car. I arrived a few minutes after closing.
