The service here is excellent me and my 5 friends I have lunch today and we talked about how much with this snacks car was and coffee on Saturdays. But me and my friends dont get my Saturday anymore. I'm so disappointed in the service I'm recv at Flow dealership in Winston Salem Nc. Anthony at the front desk in Service always respond like he's being challenged when asked questions. He doesn’t seem knowledgeable to mechanical problems. If I may make a suggestion rotating a mechanic At the service desk would be better to accommodate the customer when asked questions. At least he/she should know questions Thru experienced. I have an expensive vehicle I don't like the manner in which I'm being treated when I am spending my money for a service. More
I wanted to express my appreciation to the Flow GM team I worked with recently to purchase a Certified Used Cadillac. I had the pleasure to work with Ken Scott, Brad Goins, and John Spradlin, to help me test worked with recently to purchase a Certified Used Cadillac. I had the pleasure to work with Ken Scott, Brad Goins, and John Spradlin, to help me test drive and finance the Cadillac. Everyone was courteous, professional, organized, and thoughtful. This was a great buying experience overall, and from start to finish I was at the Dealership for 3 Hours. The pricing on the New Vehicle and the Trade In was truly fair, and the Finance effort through the Dealer got me a slightly better rate. This really seemed to be a "win-win" situation, and very glad to have had this transaction. Best wishes and sincere thanks to the Team there. More
• Dealership lied/misinformed about towing capacity. (Paperwork on new vehicle showed 20 inch rim's and charged an additional 1700 for them, vehicle was equipped with 18 inch rims). •Purchasing from this dealership has caused stress and anxiety. •Purchasing from this dealership has been a disappointment for the whole family. Service department except Rick ,are dismissive and nasty and do not seem knowledgeable. Kevin Bruce is wonderful. I recently purchased a used late model sedan from this dealership. Although I came into the dealership knowing the exact car that I wanted, Kevin was I recently purchased a used late model sedan from this dealership. My order I placed 30 days ago I’ve been calling weekly for an update and on this last phone call they said they were waiting for one last part. This place is a rip off if you want to wait over a month for parts definitely order from this place! You’ve been warned. It’s a complete joke! Crappy service and absolutely 0 updates through the process! We’ve had a work truck torn down for over 30 days and the customer needs his truck. More
Just another dealership looking to rip you off post purchase Took our Yukon in for service while under warranty and were told all was good, that the problem was due to our selection of "Auto 4-wheel drive" and n Took our Yukon in for service while under warranty and were told all was good, that the problem was due to our selection of "Auto 4-wheel drive" and nothing was wrong with the truck. They told us to drive in 2 wheel and that would solve the issue. Fast forward several months and the problem still existed. We took the truck back in and they told us it was out of warranty and it would cost $2,700 to fix the problem (they now had the answer and a game plan). When we challenged this and stated that we first brought it while under warranty they lowered the charge to fix to $1,400. We took it to a local car repair shop (that came recommended by a friend) and they laughed at the dealership's analysis and fixed the problem for $300. The local shop even told us that the problem is well known in the online community and that the dealership should have known about it the first time we brought it in. More
Saturn My son took my Saturn to have the cluster replaced. Quote was $279. Week goes by and called for an update. Waiting on part now the price is $775. Another 2 weeks go by and I called and was told gm is on strike. Ok it’s been 3 weeks before strike.I called back on Friday ready to go get my car and forget them. Now it will be ready on Monday and now the price is $505.75. The mileage was suppose to be 59827 but the fixed it 60,834. Can’t even get the mileage right. I called Monday to see if it is ready and was told yes. I go pick it up and now the price is $612. It was my first time dealing with them and my last. More
