He's a great guy....he was recommended to us by a couple of friends, so we asked for him to help us look for a used vehicle. He spent the time to show us a couple used cars that were pretty good deals, but then offered to walk/talk us through a brand new car opportunity. Working with the GM end of year cash and through our Costco Car buying service, he was able to get us into a brand new (32 miles) car for only a little bit more cash. None of the back and forth to the manager bit; he showed us exactly what the out-the-door cost would be. He was easy going, pleasant, knowledgeable, patient and thorough. The whole experience was quick, painless and enjoyable. I would recommend you contact Ben (and the Rippy) experience for any of your used or new car needs. More

My new car salesman, Eric Hartley ensured that I received a more than fair price for my 2011 SRX. He coupled that with a very competitive price for my new 2015 SRX. This was the first time that I left the showroom feeling like a winner! Lastly, by far the easiest part of of my purchase was the titling/financing of the vehicle. I was very impressed with the ease by which the business manager utilized an electronic form/signature devise on his desk to complete the entire transaction. Now I understand what purchasing a Cadillac from a Cadillac specific dealer is all about. Even though our former Cadillac was not purchased there, we used the roadside service to unlock our car and we started using Rippy's service department. In doing that we met Albert and we were very impressed from day one! Albert is so personable and easy to talk to. He takes time to listen and makes sure that you understand all of your options. On one of the last times there was work to be done on our Deville, Albert loaned us an SRX to use and I was instantly in love. The SRX became my "dream car" from then on. (a very smart marketing tool by the way) Albert introduced us to Ben Howell when we were looking into lease vs purchase and we found him to be honest, down to earth and easy to work with too. We never felt we were being "sold" to. Ben was patient with my many trips in to talk about different vehicles that we considered and when we decided it was time to get my dream car, this is where we wanted to get it from. The entire staff from reception, to the service department, to the other salesmen (especially Eric who helped us when Ben was busy) were always friendly, helpful and patient. Rippy will always have our loyalty and we will recommend it to others. More

Every person I've dealt with, on the service side and the sales side, has been incredibly fair and honest. Very honest maintenance side assessments of what is wrong with your car - and what isn't - with fair prices, and a sales team who worked hard to find a car that was a good fit for me as well as my budget, without every trying to sell me things I obviously didn't want or need just to pad a commission. I have family who have driven from out of town to purchase here and would do it again. It's the kind of car place that, once you find it, you keep coming back to, because it is just that much better than anywhere else I've dealt with in Wilmington. More

We were walk in customers and Brian Blood worth was the salesman that approached us, what really pleased me is that there was no pressure at any point while we shopped for a vehicle. Ended up with a 2011 Ford Escape and couldn't be happier with it. have used the service department since buying the car and got the same treatment there.
