Once she picked out a vehicle, Justin was very quick to determine our most cost saving route to buy was through Costco Vehicle Purchase Program. Just wanted to give you a little background so you can appreciate even more of what I am about to say... Recently we started the process of looking for another car and visited some of our local dealerships. I was ready to give up before we barely started. By chance we stopped by Rippy Auto World and we are so glad we did. From the moment Todd Rogers introduced himself I could tell we were in good hands. I was immediately at ease and did not feel pressured. I can actually say we enjoyed our experience and the outcome of our experience is that we bought a car!!!! He and the sales manager Mike Bassano made the process so easy! If you are in the market to buy a new or used vehicle this is your one stop. I would recommend any of my friends or family. Broke down 150 miles from home, I was 150 miles from home, my 2015 SRX broke down and had to be towed late Friday evening. Albert , service mgr. arranged to have my car looked at Sat I was 150 miles from home, my 2015 SRX broke down and had to be towed late Friday evening. Albert , service mgr. arranged to have my car looked at Saturday, diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. He spoke with me Saturday and called me back Monday with an update, Rippy had my SRX ready ready about 6 hours earlier than expected. Albert was kind , efficient, prompt and exceeded my expectations. Great service!!! I was about half way between Wilmington andM Myrtle Beach when this happened - I was going to tow the car to the Myrtle Beach - but that dealer said they only had one tech on Saturday and they could not look at the vehicle until Monday. I think Rippy's staff is also limited on the weekend , but RIppy was happy to get my car on the computer and find the problem ! More

drove from OH to NC to buy a car from Rippy I was visiting from Ohio and made a sudden decision to trade in my SUV for a new car (it might have had something to do with a broken air conditioner I was visiting from Ohio and made a sudden decision to trade in my SUV for a new car (it might have had something to do with a broken air conditioner and temps in the upper 90's in Wilmington, NC). Eric at Rippy treated me like an old friend. He found me an all wheel drive vehicle, (imperative for northern Ohio winters) and brought it in within a day from a location 5 hours away. I truly appreciated the time he took to explain the OnStar system and the more unique features of the SRX, since most were new to me. He also took charge of all the paperwork regarding insurance and Ohio BMV fees for me, which saved me a lot of time and aggravation. My next car will come from Rippy, even if I have to make a special trip back to Wilmington to buy it. More
