Nothing but lies. Stated the car had a clean Carfax history when in fact there was an accident history. Liars and cheats are very bad characteristics and these people possess both. Purchased a Jaguar X type for my son. The car had not been cleaned when it was picked up. I drove the car for one week, approx. 400 miles and the transmission gave out. The car was towed to a repair sh been cleaned when it was picked up. I drove the car for one week, approx. 400 miles and the transmission gave out. The car was towed to a repair shop they recommended. After 3 weeks and $2,000.00 later, the car was picked up and remained operable for one day. It was towed back to the repair shop. Contacted the dealer, was given the run around, they initially agreed to swap the car but when pressed for details as to what that would entail, they responded that I was being difficult to work with. The repair shop is now telling me that there is a computer issue and the car needs a steering rack as well. The dealership upon first glance appears reputable, but in dealing with them I found that they have absolutly no ethics or professionalism. I plan on seeing if I can do something about this as there are other postings on the web from people who have had similar experiences. Once the car is repaired I plan on selling it or sending it to the auction. Either way I will experience a considerable loss of money. As far as I am concerned their entire operation is a scam and they should not be in business. My recommendation; RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! More
Complete xxxx. We drove many hours to see a car listed on their web site to find out that "it was sold just before we arrived". I might have bought that if the salesperson didn't talk with me 45 minutes on their web site to find out that "it was sold just before we arrived". I might have bought that if the salesperson didn't talk with me 45 minutes prior. This place is in a horrible area of Miami and ran by what appears to be ex-convicts from Cuba. Scary! Scary! Scary! I was delighted to find exactly the car I wanted (BMW 6 series) in the right color and for a GREAT price at Florida Fine Cars - I did a VIN check on www.autocheck.com and the report showed the car has been series) in the right color and for a GREAT price at Florida Fine Cars - I did a VIN check on www.autocheck.com and the report showed the car has been in a front end collision and had 'extensive frame damage'. Obviously there was no mention of that anywhere on FF cars description of the vehicle. I'm glad I checked - I could have made a huge mistake by buying the car. Don't buy a car until you do a VIN check (Car Fax is not enough) - and do you really want to purchase a car from a dealer that wouldn't mention 'extensive frame damage'? More
BEFORE you sign the contract - make sure that you include that you will be given two sets of keys (especially on cars that have electronic ones that cost $200), that the car manuals are included, that anythi that you will be given two sets of keys (especially on cars that have electronic ones that cost $200), that the car manuals are included, that anything you needed fixed is done. DO NOT have them sign the I OWE YOU sheet - make them fix it before you sign the contract or walk. These guys lay on xx thicker molasses in a January freeze. Plan on spending $900 higher than the price online for a "dealer fee" and they will try to hit you up for another $1k on top. Their great inspection program is non-existant, and the detailing was horrible - I had to go through the car again. The drivers wiper would not even touch the glass except at each end. The brake light that was out during the test drive was not replaced before delivery. The rear brakes are worn well below the minimum specified by Audi. The price was not too bad but the xx and outrightlying was horrendous, along with the poor service just to get the wiper fixed. More

FFF gives auto dealers a bad name. They sold me a car that had a faulty air bag system, so that when I had it, if we were in an accident, the air bags would not have deployed. On top of that, I was sold that had a faulty air bag system, so that when I had it, if we were in an accident, the air bags would not have deployed. On top of that, I was sold a car with the front right tire coming apart, and nails in two of the other tires. The clutch in the car just happened to come apart 700 miles later, so I am out 4,600 bucks on the BMW car. Don't be fooled by the expensive cars in the lobby or on the lot, these guys are slimy, and they don't care. They have no ratings from NAIDA or any professional associations, or for that matter, none that are current. They supposedly have a mechanic who is certified BMW, yet he could not fix the airbag issue, so I had to do it myself. Avoid FFF! Ask them for a satisfied customer! More
