I had a very pleasurable experience with salesman Jerry Abraham. I saw about Florida Fine Cars so maybe I'm just one of the lucky customers...I hope! I had a very pleasurable experience with salesman Jerry Abraham. I saw the Kia Sorento I was interested in on autotrader.com and e-mailed the dealership. Jerry responded within hours and told me that the vehicle was available and that he would be glad to show it to me. Upon arriving, I found him to be very friendly and not pushy at all. I took the vehicle for a test drive and decided to purchase it upon the condition that he honor the internet price and have the valve cover gaskets replaced...(they were leaking). He and the manager agreed and the deal was done. That's it! Jerry told me that Kia's Powertrain and Drivetrain warranty was still in effect and would transfer to me as the second owner. I left the vehicle overnight so they could perform the work and picked it up this evening. Granted, I've only owned it for a few hours and haven't had time to see what problems it may actually have. But I will say that I am aware that this is a "used car" and not a terribly expensive one at that and all "used cars" have problems. The purchase of any used car is a "buyer beware" situation and yes, I will be very angry if this vehicle turns out to be a lemon. But I can only direct that anger at myself for not completely researching the entire vehicle history or taking a mechanic with me to look it over. The price was right for the mileage and condition of the vehicle according to the NADA and the CarFax showed it was clean. I don't feel like I was lied to or conned into buying the vehicle. There was no pressure and the decision, right or wrong was ultimately mine. I can only hope that I did indeed buy a good used car at a fair price. More

Then He Blamed It On His Subordinate, Rodolfo. (RODOLFO, By The Way Was Subsequently Fired- The Following Day- Rodolfo Has More Character And Morals Then Alfredo Could Purchase Off Of A Dying Man). As I Was Leaving With My Check In Hand-(Partial Payment) - Alfredo Finally tells me He Can Sell Me The Vehicle For, Get This, $1500 Less. Unbelievable, becuase The Owner Has Approved It. Where Was The Owner during the notiating process, Alfredo Says the owner Was Out Of Town (I Guess Phones Don’t Work Where “the owner” Goes) Shady—Most Definitely!!!! Second, When I Called To Have My other half of the payment returned To My Credit Card-(This Was Monday Morning) ALFREDO tells He Can’t Return The Money To My Account. Went to buy a new car this weekend from a different dealership confident that I could get top dollar for My car, and come to find out that it had been in an accident 8 months before I purchased it from FLORIDA FINE CARS. They had also told me the car had leather and it turns out it's pleatherete. Who knows what else they lied about. More

These guys were great and I will be going back to buy another car for my fiance in the next few months.
