Sales person was great I followed my daughter to buy a car, while giving her my SUV to trade in as part of the down payment. I was supposed to receive a check the following I followed my daughter to buy a car, while giving her my SUV to trade in as part of the down payment. I was supposed to receive a check the following Monday or Tuesday. On Tuesday i called and I felt like i was getting the run around. This was at the dealership on 441 and about 211 northwest. They we happy to sell the car but returning a check they weren't so efficient. More

Excellent experience yesterday I had done an inquiry for a pre-owned vehicle on line, Mark Feldman called me to set up an appointment. From the moment I arrived at the dealer the cu I had done an inquiry for a pre-owned vehicle on line, Mark Feldman called me to set up an appointment. From the moment I arrived at the dealer the customer service and experience was excellent. Mark Feldman was there at the door waiting to greet me. He was excellent showing me around and showing me the collection of cars I was interested in. He drove me between the two stores and made sure all my needs looking for a car was met. I would highly recommend buying a car here and Mark Feldman as your sales person. More

Highly Recommended Juan Contreras was our salesman and he was EXCELLENT!!!! He knew exactly what we wanted and gave us exactly what we asked for, hussle free!. We walked Juan Contreras was our salesman and he was EXCELLENT!!!! He knew exactly what we wanted and gave us exactly what we asked for, hussle free!. We walked out of there with a beautiful mercedes coupe fully loaded at a great price, same day!! We are extremely pleased with the customer service we received!!!
