This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from Flood Mazda and I must say my experience was nothing short of exceptional! I was nervous walking into the showroom but was immediately put to ease when my Mazda and I must say my experience was nothing short of exceptional! I was nervous walking into the showroom but was immediately put to ease when my son and I were welcomed by Zach Albanese’s smile! He was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable! His honesty and personal opinion (which I greatly appreciated) played a big role in my final purchase decision! He didn’t sugar coat anything! I really felt as though he had BOTH mine and my son’s best interest at heart and wasn’t just trying to sell another car! He asked us if he could get us anything to drink and was sure to keep us in the loop whenever he had to leave his desk so we weren’t just left sitting there wondering where he went! Overall, I must say it was a much better experience than what I had anticipated and that is thanks to Zach’s ability to make sure the whole process of choosing a vehicle and being approved by the bank was stress free for my son and I! Therefore, when my lease was up, I drove in, was kindly greeted by sales rep, Justis, who in turn made the entire end-of-lease process easy, fast and painless. I picked up my new car the next day, and love it! Justis was knowledgeable about the product and company and I never (thankfully!) felt like I was dealing with a stereotypical car salesman.
