We brought the car in for regular maintenance and days after we were called bout a recall notice on the back up camera system. We came back and I mentioned the recall so we timed it with maintenance and they only ordered parts for the recall. And still no word that the parts are in so we don’t think the team is knowledgeable. More

Well, I went in for my usual oil change, tire rotation, etc. I did mention that I had a high-pitched squeak sounded like it was coming from the back of my car. He actually said he heard it when I pulled in etc. I did mention that I had a high-pitched squeak sounded like it was coming from the back of my car. He actually said he heard it when I pulled in. When the guy sent me the video, he didn't mention it so I texted back didn't get an answer. So I called, and I still didn't get any information on that high-pitched squeak and when I picked it up and paid, I asked again got no information. And I still have that high-pitched squeak in the back of my car. Everything else was great More
