Without an hassles or hard sales fast talk, within an hour I was sitting behind the wheel of my new car!!! The next morning, I went over the finances with Cody and I was departing a thrilled and stress free customer (probably for life). I never had to argue or lose my temper, or stomp off frustrated. We got excited and bought a beautiful new car. The next day we had second thoughts and started missing our SUV. We called Jeff, we brought the car back. I liked how he could speak about the details of the car clearly and answered all of our questions. We had a car to trade and did spend a little time negotiating price. While there was some back and forth, the process went quickly. We were very happy when we found a price both sides agreed to. We went back a second time to complete the transaction and met with Rich and Cody from finance. The process again was quick and efficient and soon we were driving off in our new CX-9! More
