Usually when servicing my leased vehicles, they come back to me spotless. Also, next time I call with a problem like I had last week with starting the car, and stuck wipers, I will ask if you wouldn't mind sending someone over, I live so close, and I was totally inconvienenced three separate times. The last time stuck wipers prevented me from driving because of the rain. The dude I spoke with didn't know what say to me except to make an appointment the next day. Lucky for me, it was sunny weather. The problems I've had with the car, are about restarting, and the man on Saturday showed me how to work the key properly. Simple. What I dont understand is why the guy I spoke with on the phone friday, wasn't at all interested in helping me find a soulution? I really love this car and I am so happy with it otherwise. I had car inspected too. I got a price on a brake job which will be needed by winter. Length of time was longer because of inspection check. Car has been fine since I bought it in 2017. Glad I did. Alyssa was great and kind. More
