Mazda 6 Speed Reincarnated! I've had my Mazda 6 Speed since 2006 and have serviced in each and every time at Flood Mazda. Though it has been well maintained it became mechanicall I've had my Mazda 6 Speed since 2006 and have serviced in each and every time at Flood Mazda. Though it has been well maintained it became mechanically ill and required a new motor. We had both the car and the motor delivered to Flood and hoped for the best. When I picked it up I was over the moon. I had missed my car and especially my clutch so much. It now runs better than ever. Steve Furtardo was my go to guy and I thank him for all that was done and in a very timely fashion too! More

Overpriced... Sticky-Sweet Service! I brought my Mazda CX-9 in for an inspection and knew it needed some work (tires, exhaust work, etc) but I didn't expect it to run upwards of $6500! I I brought my Mazda CX-9 in for an inspection and knew it needed some work (tires, exhaust work, etc) but I didn't expect it to run upwards of $6500! I had them hold off on the new oil pan (which I will have repaired for $150 instead of replaced for $2000) and the new tail pipe wye that I can have done for half the cost they quoted for $1900 by a local exhaust specialist. I was called promptly with the list of items it would need for inspection which also included wiper blades and two turn signal bulbs. I asked her to have them do everything but the oil pan and the exhaust which I would have to wait on or have done elsewhere. From there things seemed to go sideways with their service... It was as if she said "well I'm just going to take my ball and go home if you don't want to play with us!" When I went to pick it up she said it would take just a few minutes to process the paperwork and I'd be on my way... Yeah, an HOUR later! I don't know what the delay was, but it was ridiculous to make a client wait that long for "paperwork". I asked her multiple times how much longer it would be and the response was the same old "they should be bringing her around shortly" BS... We have experienced this same uncomfortable feeling every time we have been in Flood for service. We actually joked about it every time! In short, Flood Mazda lost not only me as a customer, they lost my wife who drives a Mazda 3 who has experienced the same sticky-sweet attitude from Allyssa, and my nephew who also drives a Mazda 3. Three of us won't be driving Mazdas much longer because we don't want to deal with this dealership anymore. More
