Jennifer, I'm sorry to hear about the amount of time it took for you to receive an oil change. I don't know what the circumstances were or the actual timeframe it took. DID YOU KNOW?: We can always pick the vehicle up to service it, leave you with a brand new service loaner, service the vehicle and bring your vehicle back to you. What I can tell you is that things have been a little hectic due to the construction of a brand new facility which by the way will have a drive thru with porters to park your car for you, extra service bays, extra technicians, extra service advisors and extra reconditioning people cleaning the cars. They will still hand wash and vacuum all of the vehicles rather than running them through an automated carwash which can damage your vehicle. You stated in this review that we do not offer a complimentary vacuum of vehicles as a service anymore which is 100% false. There are circumstances where we may be unable to wash and vacuum your vehicle when you come in such as weather conditions or sometimes staffing but we still offer this service. These services are not a specific right but are offered as complimentary. Please feel free to come in anytime and we will be happy to vacuum your car. Hopefully, this has addressed any issue you may have and we can continue to have a great relationship for years to come. Best, Team Flood Mazda
