DAVECOWEN, The Mazda Company is obligated to inform customers of any recalls. It is mandated by federal law. Our goal at Flood Mazda is to accommodate all of our customers as quickly as possible. Unfortunately the parts for the airbag recall were on back order as it was a high demand recall notice. We apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused. You can come in at anytime for an oil change even if you do not have an appointment. We will even come pick-up your vehicle, service it and return it to you when it is finished if this should make things easier for you.
