This was the best experience we have ever had buying a car. Very helpful, no pressure at all, and I did not feel like anyone was trying to upsell or take advantage of us at all. This is my second Mazda purchase at flood. Sam was great. Not pushy or try to hurry us even though he was very busy. My wife’s 2017 cx-3 was due for maintenance and we were browsing the dealer while we waited.
