Steve was a pleasure to do business with. He asked the right questions,at the right time,to find out what our needs were. He was assertive,not aggressive, which would have turned us right off. I came to Flood Ford to browse for a replacement family car in the summer of 2006. Carlos Munoz was very helpful, but we weren't quite ready to buy. I utilized Flood Ford's website and sent an email. Carlos remembered me and took the initiative to find us the perfect vehicle in the price range I requested. The car was at another location, so he had it brought over to East Greenwich. It was a bitter cold January night when we took it out for a test drive. He even was able to help my brother-in-law when he was having difficulty with another local Ford dealer. Tom earned his business as well. I was looking on line for a new Mustang and I came across one that was at Flood Ford. It had everything that we were looking for. I called to inquire about it and I spoke to Jeff and he told me about the car one that was at Flood Ford. It had everything that we were looking for. I called to inquire about it and I spoke to Jeff and he told me about the car and told me that he would put it out back for me so we could come up to see it. When we arrived we met Jeff and he took us to the car, went over some things about it and got the keys so we could test drive it. We loved the car. It is a 2008 Mustang and it only had 200+ miles on it, we thought for sure it was going to be over $30,000 when we asked Jeff what the price was we about fell on the floor. I t was only $26,000+ I really could not believe the price for such an awsome car. We were very happy with all the people that we had delt with. After having the car for about a week we got up one morning and noticed it had a flat tire. We called and spoke to service and they took care of it immediately. We brought the tire in and they took a look at it and the sales manager John also checked into it and had them replace the tire for free and at that time asked us if we would like the tire warranty which we decided to purchase. Over all we have been very happy with all the services that we have received and will come back in the future when we are ready to buy a new truck. Also, as we were walking around in the showroom everyone was very kind, would offer us coffee and ask if they could do anything for us. I have had issues with the Body Shop on 2 occasions but in the end they made things right.
