This Dealership has been very easy to work with. I have purchased or leased a number (6 I think) of vehicles from them over the past 8 years and have found them to be professional on all levels. I was looking on line for a new Mustang and I came across one that was at Flood Ford. It had everything that we were looking for. I called to inquire about it and I spoke to Jeff and he told me about the car one that was at Flood Ford. It had everything that we were looking for. I called to inquire about it and I spoke to Jeff and he told me about the car and told me that he would put it out back for me so we could come up to see it. When we arrived we met Jeff and he took us to the car, went over some things about it and got the keys so we could test drive it. We loved the car. It is a 2008 Mustang and it only had 200+ miles on it, we thought for sure it was going to be over $30,000 when we asked Jeff what the price was we about fell on the floor. I t was only $26,000+ I really could not believe the price for such an awsome car. We were very happy with all the people that we had delt with. After having the car for about a week we got up one morning and noticed it had a flat tire. We called and spoke to service and they took care of it immediately. We brought the tire in and they took a look at it and the sales manager John also checked into it and had them replace the tire for free and at that time asked us if we would like the tire warranty which we decided to purchase. Over all we have been very happy with all the services that we have received and will come back in the future when we are ready to buy a new truck. Also, as we were walking around in the showroom everyone was very kind, would offer us coffee and ask if they could do anything for us. Jeff would also keep us apprised of any info while we were waiting for the loan to be approved. Hope this info helps and keep up the great work. Charles & Irene Jackman More

I highly recommend Flood Ford, and I do, to any potential buyers. Mike Lancia is excellent and goes way beyond the call of duty. I hear from him routinely to check on my car and he is always at the ready to assist me when I have any questions or concerns. Your Service Department is great and always gets the job done. I have had issues with the Body Shop on 2 occasions but in the end they made things right. Overall experience is GREAT and in the future if and when I’m ready to purchase another Mustang or another Ford vehicle, I will be coming back to Flood Ford! More
