We have been Ford owners for over 55 years & this Ford dealer is next door to my husband's place of employment for over 35 years. Recently when we went to look at Ford Edge, we requested that John help us with our choice. We didn't like the Edge & John recommended we try the Escape. We were sold, Thanks to John! More
In the past, I have dealt with another local Ford dealer. I always felt somewhat pressured and with my last lease and I did not feel I received a car of equal value to my previous lease even though I was pay I always felt somewhat pressured and with my last lease and I did not feel I received a car of equal value to my previous lease even though I was paying much more. I decided to try another Ford dealership as I really liked the Ford 500 (now called the Taurus). Carlos went out of his way to find a car that had all the features I was looking for in my new vehicle (they did not have one on their lot). The next day, the car was in their yard and being prepped for me to pick up the following day. Carlos went through all the options with me and made sure I understood how to use them all. He is a very pleasant young man and he was a pleasure to deal with. I will be recommending Flood Ford to my family and friends. Thank you. More
The dealership was of great assistance with the State DMV Office providing the response to facilitate a quicker registration of another vehicle. Mu husband and I decided to go looking for a new truck and decided on Flood Motors because we have dealt with this dealer in the past when the dealership was known as Bailey's. As we were looking at the different models in the lot, this young man, Carlos Munos, came down to see us and was very helpful and a joy to have throughout the entire transaction. After deciding on a particular truck, we came back to the showroom with Carlos who then tried to talk us into buying the truck right then and there. Carlos did his job extremely well in making the sale but at the same time also made certain that we were happy with the pricing, the trade-in on our car, etc. He totally catered to us and made certain we were happy with everything. When the price came back a little higher than we had expected to pay, Carlos asked one question." What would it take for you to make a deposit TODAY?" My husband gave him our "bottom line" and Carlos went to his manager and came back with his hand out to congratulate us. All the people that we were involved with at Flood Motors, including the service staff, couldn't have been nicer to us. The finance person was really great, though his name escapes me right now. If you can believe it, they made us happy that we were spending so much money!!!!! Now, in my book, that says it all. I had been in an accident and needed a new car rather quickly so I talked to Michael and he told me to come in. Tim placed me with Steve and it was a match made in heaven. He knew exactly what I was looking for and even went the extra step to teach me how to drive a 5speed. He was patient and a great teacher, and I am now the proud owner of a 2008 Focus. My experience at Flood Ford was very rewarding. I felt very comfortable with Jeff and he always put my interests first when it came to what I wanted and needed in a car. I did not receive this treatment with the other dealers we went to and believe me, I looked at quite a few different dealerships. They just wanted to sell a car, it didn't matter to them what my husband or I really wanted, It was always the numbers game. After visiting the other dealers, Flood Ford was the second to the last stop on our journey and I told my husband from the moment we finished talking with Jeff that I wanted to give him the business, just for the simple fact that he went out of his way to make sure he knew what I wanted in a car. He granted my wish and made it happen and I thank him for that. I love my new Ford Edge! P.S. We went to Tasca Ford after Flood to do one last comparison shopping and as far as we were concerned there was no comparison with either the cost of the car or the sales people.
