I've bought Ford's from every dealership in the state and I've been coming here exclusively since Skip Wylie told me to go see his son Ken at Dick Cranston (now Flood Auto Group). People with exuberant personalities who make you feel comfortable and like you've known them most of your life are a rarity in today's society. It is my perspective that Ford vehicles are the same from one dealership to another, yet establishing a connection with the person who sold it to you seems to be the reason I've never been a repeat customer. Ken is the reason my wife and I will continue to purchase our vehicles through Flood, he makes the process painless and he is just a pleasure to work with. Kudos to their service department also and to the friendliness of Carleen, Dave and Lou…? it's not often I find myself still smiling after having dealt with a service department. Since meeting Ken in 2000 we have purchased 3 used vehicles and 3 new vehicles and will continue to buy from and recommend him to all our family, friends and acquaintances. Initially, I was referred to this dealership, by a friend. This is my 2nd new truck purchase and it will not likely be my last. I have no trouble scheduling an appointment and have also shown up without an appointment. the staff is always friendly, courteous, and most accommodating. The prices for service are also excellent and I know I can depend on the quality of work offered. I have purchased my last two cars at Flood Ford and will continue to do so. My sales person is very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. My experience from sales, service and the finance department has been wonderful! I also reccomend the dealership to my friends and relatives who have also had similar experiences with the dealership. More
I started a search on the internet and asked for info, Michele responded very quickly and was very helpful. She went out of her way to help and made extra phone calls to assure all was going ok. No high pressure tactics and spent an extreme amount of time working with me. Of all the car buying experiences I have gone through, this was the best from start to finish. We have been Ford owners for over 55 years & this Ford dealer is next door to my husband's place of employment for over 35 years. Recently when we went to look at Ford Edge, we requested that John help us with our choice. We didn't like the Edge & John recommended we try the Escape. We were sold, Thanks to John! More
The dealership was of great assistance with the State DMV Office providing the response to facilitate a quicker registration of another vehicle. I was very pleased with the assistance I received from the dealership when it came to transferring plates from one vehicle to another and at the same time they registered our new vehicle. In the past, I have dealt with another local Ford dealer. I always felt somewhat pressured and with my last lease and I did not feel I received a car of equal value to my previous lease even though I was pay I always felt somewhat pressured and with my last lease and I did not feel I received a car of equal value to my previous lease even though I was paying much more. I decided to try another Ford dealership as I really liked the Ford 500 (now called the Taurus). Carlos went out of his way to find a car that had all the features I was looking for in my new vehicle (they did not have one on their lot). The next day, the car was in their yard and being prepped for me to pick up the following day. Carlos went through all the options with me and made sure I understood how to use them all. He is a very pleasant young man and he was a pleasure to deal with. I will be recommending Flood Ford to my family and friends. Thank you. More
