We bought a used Honda Accord from Flood Ford. Our salesperson, Ken Wylie, took a lot of time with us (about three hours) to help us find the right car, our first purchased from a dealer. A few days after we got the car home, we thought that the battery wasn't working well. It didn't start up very quickly. We took it in, and they replaced the battery. No charge! More

There was never any pressure applied to us to purchase a vehicle and it was a very nice experience - to actually be joking around with the salesman!
