I had a blemish in the paint on my 2009 mustang gt that was covered under warranty for repair, flood said they would repaint the hood for me which i thought was great.I brought the car in on sept 10,2010 p was covered under warranty for repair, flood said they would repaint the hood for me which i thought was great.I brought the car in on sept 10,2010 picked up the car three days later everything looked good the next day when the sun hit the hood i noticed they burned the paint with the buffer real bad so i brought the car back and they were more than happy to fix that problem,so they had the car another day and a half went to go pick it up and there was a scratch on the hood bigger than the one the originaly had to fix.So again they kept the car and now here it is sept 29 and still dont have the car back.In my opinion it was a simple fix that turn into mess. They need better quality control because if i did'nt see the scratch they were gonna give me the car back worse than when i brought it in. More

Last week I purchased two vehicles from Lee Johnson at Flood Ford of East Greenwich. From the start Lee was very accommodating and easy to work with. Lee then appraised my other trade and again we quickly came to an excellent deal. John and Joe in financing did an excellent job, and were both extremely accommodating as well.What separates Flood apart from any other dealer is they are there to work with the customer to make buying your new vehicle a fun and easy process. There is no unnecessary haggling back and forth, like what occurs as other Ford dealers. I have to say that buying both vehicles from Flood and Lee Johnson as a salesman was a very easy and friendly process. I would definitely recommend Flood Ford to even my closest friend. I was in the market to purchase a new car and upon the recommendation of my brother went to Flood Ford to deal with Ken Wylie. He has sold cars to my brother's family and recently, again upon my brother's recommendation of my brother went to Flood Ford to deal with Ken Wylie. As we expected, we called, made an appointment and Ken Wylie helped us find the new car of my dreams. Then the financing part, which I always dread, was made efficiently simple by Joe Pezza who actually made me laugh! The efficiency and customer service, without any pressure selling, made our experience one that we will tell all of our friends about. My son took his friend to Flood Ford in EG and he also bought a car from Ken Wylie. I called my mechanic to get his opinion on the Ford Fusion, the price, and all of the info we had been given. He said the info was all accurate and to find an honest car dealer was a rarity in his opinion. WE arranged to pick up the car in two days. It was sparkling and ready for us when Ken said it would be. Ken and Joe Pezza spent as much time as we needed to patiently answer questions without any high powered pressure on me to hurry up and buy. I left feeling informed and confident about the car I have just bought. I fully understand the car guarantees, the servicing package and will not ever hesitate to call or stop by with a question.
