After having a bad experience with my current Ford dealer and just about giving up on the brand, I decided to give Flood a shot after hearing an add on the radio. Chris did a great job of finding exactly the truck that fit my needs at a price I was comfortable with, no "pushy" sales tactics from anyone at Flood. My mother's car (I am her daughter and am on the title of both vehicles) was totaled in an accident and all of the staff involved with her claim and purchase of a new car were so helpful. She is 74 and had multiple concerns which were addressed by anyone she (and I) spoke with. Everything was made so much easier for us due to the courteous and professional manners of the staff. The auto body department, who evaluated the damage thus totaling her car, were able to help get a larger claim from the insurance company. They sure know what they are doing. The sales staff was patient with Mom's questions, willing to explain in detail how to operate all aspects of her new car and be sure that she was comfortable with everything. Caroline D. The three weeks prior to my purchase I spent surveying several local dealerships as well as internet option. My reason was to accommodate my physical injuries/disabilities and find a vehicle that would f several local dealerships as well as internet option. After stopping at the other dealers, I finally found my way to Flood Ford in East Greenwich. (I had purchased a pre owned vehicle from Flood approximately 6 years prior because of our personal friend Jack LaPierre). Upon arriving at the dealership and surveying the lot, the saleman, Mike Brady, introduced himself and asked if he could help. I was originally looking at a 2008 Lincoln MKX that was on the lot. Mike inquired why I was interested in that particular vehicle. After explaining my reasons (mostly the auto lift gate) he asked if I would consider a new 2010 Edge Limited. He explained the similar options the vehicles shared as well as the lift gate. We viewed the models on the lot and he began a preliminary pricing for me. However, I did not have my vehicle (2008 Milan)for a trade in value. I told Mike I was interested and would return with my vehicle. The week following, I returned with my vehicle and Mike took us out for a test drive. After some serious negotiations, we agreed on a deal. The financing was thru Ford and the entire process was smooth and timely. Needless to say we drove the Edge home that day after our comprehensive vehicle introduction. Everyone we had contact with in the dealership was pleasant and committed to making things work. With his committment to Ford and the customer needs, Mike Brady did an excellent job listening to us and making the deal happen. KUDOS Mike!!! More
I had a blemish in the paint on my 2009 mustang gt that was covered under warranty for repair, flood said they would repaint the hood for me which i thought was great.I brought the car in on sept 10,2010 p was covered under warranty for repair, flood said they would repaint the hood for me which i thought was great.I brought the car in on sept 10,2010 picked up the car three days later everything looked good the next day when the sun hit the hood i noticed they burned the paint with the buffer real bad so i brought the car back and they were more than happy to fix that problem,so they had the car another day and a half went to go pick it up and there was a scratch on the hood bigger than the one the originaly had to fix.So again they kept the car and now here it is sept 29 and still dont have the car back.In my opinion it was a simple fix that turn into mess. They need better quality control because if i did'nt see the scratch they were gonna give me the car back worse than when i brought it in. More

She even introduced herself to me when I was working with Dave Paleno, who sold me my new Ford Fusion. He, too, offered excellent customer service. Joe Chicetti was there at each of my visits to be sure I was taken care of according to Flood Ford standards. I would highly recommend Flood to anyone. More

Louie from service gave me a precise answer as to why I should switch to a Ford vehicle service-wise.From there, I met with Jack, who took me on test drives of many F-150's. I was sold. He brought me to the Sales manager and we worked a low pressure deal from there. These are the reasons "why" I bought from Flood Ford.
