Within a couple of hours of calling for an oil change, my truck was in and being taken care of. I casually mentioned to the Service Writer that I noticed a number on my keypad seemed to have burnt out. He truck was in and being taken care of. He said he'd see if he could get an authorization for repair (my truck is still under warranty) and within minutes, he came out to see me, told me it was approved and they'd install the new one tonight. I was not expecting something like that. They saved me a trip back for something that was taken care of in a short amount of time. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and accomodating. I was really dreading looking for a new car (it's been 20 years since my first brand new one and the last two were pre-owned). I was anticipating alot of haggling and typical "salesman's baloney."
