First off I love the dealership as far as sales and the quick lane service. However the dealership service department is like dealing with a completely different company. Dropped my truck off the night before the appointment. They told me they were a little behind. I said ok. They had my truck for 3 days and never even looked at it to see the issue. Didn't even do the oil change. I picked the truck up because it was the Friday before Christmas and wasn't going to be without my truck through the holidays while they were closed. They said they would call me to reschedule. It has now been 3 weeks after the holidays and still no call. This is very frustrating and unprofessional on their part. More

I had been to lots of dealerships over the last few months searching for my dream car. Even though this was an hour away, I was happy to make the drive and they were able to call/text/email with anythi months searching for my dream car. Everyone was super responsive and patient with my many questions. Even better, the car was on sale and the financing was great even though my credit isn't as good as it could be. The extra warranties are affordable and very comprehensive, and everyone was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. The only negative thing I experienced was realizing my license plate only had one screw on each of them, so make sure to check that before you leave! Overall I'm very happy and if it weren't far away I would go back for all my service there as well. More
