Thanks to John D."I got SOUL !" It has been many decades since I purchased a car from a dealership. Although the first time was at the same dealership before the name change (in fact It has been many decades since I purchased a car from a dealership. I was a bit nervous until I sat down with John Derobbio my salesperson and discovered some common interests and right off the bat I relaxed and build some confidence that I was in the right place. The vehicle I had looked at online was pending a sale so I decided to take a look at a 2011 Kia Soul......... being a musician it's always good to have a little Soul.... now I've got one and I LOVE IT. THIS CAR IS ME....... THROUGH AND THROUGH...... I actually had forgotten it has a subwoofer in the sound system so when I decided to load her up with a massive sound system,,, I found I didn't need to purchase a woofer... THE KIA SOUL WAS THE FIRST CAR I TEXT DROVE- I FELL IN LOVE IMMEDIATELY.................................................................... before I left that day I had put the down payment on it and brought the remaining balance the next day. Worst car shopping experience ever! I wanted to lower my car payment so I tried Flood after 15 years from being there last. I heard about the friend and neighbors special. I mentioned I wanted to lower my car payment so I tried Flood after 15 years from being there last. I heard about the friend and neighbors special. I mentioned what I was looking for, how many payments I had left, what the payoff figure was, and that I wanted to lower my payment. I was told that they could be right around the payment I was looking for, that the payoff figured looked good, and even the car I wanted. They even had me picking out a color. But they had to call and get the dealer payoff which they would do the next day. I never heard back from the salesman and wouldn't return my message. When I did finally here back I was told that I had too many payments left and there was nothing they could do. Don't know why I was told everything looked good and I was picking out colors before the figures were discussed? More

service I had 2 vehicls serviced there 1, 2014 explorer came out with radio all messed up, I called and left messages to Dave service guy never called back. I had 2 vehicls serviced there 1, 2014 explorer came out with radio all messed up, I called and left messages to Dave service guy never called back. bough in a f350 service guy was mike ,with a skip came out with exhaust leak and a skip ,I bough it back they did nothing to fix the problem, who would bring in a vechil if it had a exhaust leak to fix a engine skip , iv en after I had offered to pay for the leak I was told had to wait 5 days ,truck that someone uses for work , no one wants to talk about the skip that is there. I had called and emailed to have the owner call me he has not More
